The Membership Agreement is Executed
Via the Web Layer, you will enter the needed information needed to create your Membership Agreement, Teaming Agreement, and SPE Formation Agreements. Finally, you will create your Client Information Sheet and Letter of Attestation. These documents are all signed via Docusign and stored on the IPFS, and the URL to your directory is written to the Ethereum Blockchain when your Token is finished. Docusign represents the Gold Standard in E-Signature compliance and execution and is trusted worldwide.
Sumsub Conducts KYC-AML Certification
From the Web Layer, your information is submitted to Sum and Substance, who then proceeds to verify email, phone number, and your identity. That certification response is written to your ID Directory on the IPFS, which is referenced in your Alitheia Token after it is minted. In addition, SumSub provides ongoing KYC-AML-CFT validation for your Token ID in an ongoing capacity, which is updated monthly in your IPFS directory. This reusable KYC-AML lowers friction, and protects all Ecosystem Members.
GoodHire Conducts Background Checks
From the Web Layer, your information is submitted to GoodHire for a FCRA compliant background check. The results of this report are maintained with the same care to privacy and security as all other documents used in and by The Ecosystem. GoodHire verifies your highest level of education, employment history, three references, and checks domestically and internationally for criminal convictions, watch lists, OIG/SAM Sanctions, Health Care Sanctions Levels 1-3 and monitors your file monthly.
Sayari Searches Public Records
From the Web Layer, your information is submitted to Sayari to verify incorporations, relationships, and key filings worldwide. This information is recorded to your IPFS directory, and is maintained by The Ecosystem as new filings are made, your directory is updated. Ultimately, all of these records represent your performance profile, alongside the indexed transactions you are engaged in within The Ecosystem. This directory is critical to the building of trust between members
FastCase Conducts Court Search
Fastcase provides an AI driven case search for all relevant filings, civil and criminal as they pertain to the Ecosystem. Information you provide from the Web Layer feeds the monitoring and analysis of all the spaces of all the transactions and projects within The Ecosystem. In addition to environmental monitoring of the transaction and project spaces, the correlation with the Blockchain and CryptoCurrency space.
IPFS Stores All Reports
As of each of the pieces of diligence are completed, they are written to the Private Encrypted IPFS nodes. This record is part of the Transparency Governance within The Ecosystem. All of these records and reports are held in place, and only accessible by the Ethereum Smart Contracts. These contracts will send the data to StratoKey where it will be anonymized and then written to the Public IPFS directories listed on your Token.

Ethereum Creates Your Token
Each handshake between the Technology Partners and the Ecosystem is recorded to the IPFS and when the initial diligence is created, the activity is recorded to a single file, which is hashed. That hashed is written to your Token, along with the URL pointing to each of your anonymized directories. Your photograph is used as the cover file for your NFT. Once the token is minted, you are notified of its completion, and it is transferred.
